At MRFASHION.IN, we carefully check and pack our products before dispatch. We want every customer to receive their order in good condition.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
🚫 No Return & No Refund Policy
MRFASHION.IN follows a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests.
All purchases made through MRFASHION.IN are considered final.
Orders Cannot Be Returned or Refunded For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Colour preference changing after purchase
- Product no longer required
- Personal preference
- Ordering the wrong product
- Delay caused by the customer
- Failure to receive the parcel
- Any other reason that does not involve a confirmed product issue
Customers are requested to carefully check the product description, available sizes, colour, images, and other product information before placing an order.
📦 Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is physically damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs/videos of the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for assistance.
Submitting photographs or videos does not automatically guarantee a return, replacement, or refund.
❌ Wrong Product Received
If you believe you have received a product different from the one ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product received.
After verification, we may provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
❌ Refunds
MRFASHION.IN does not provide refunds for normal order-related requests.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Size-related issues
- Colour differences based on personal preference
- Product preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Late delivery
- Failed delivery attempts caused by the customer
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Any other reason covered by our No Return & No Refund policy
Where a product issue is verified and a refund is specifically approved by MRFASHION.IN, the applicable refund process and amount will be communicated to the customer.
💳 Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, payment is considered confirmation of the order.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation and refund requests are generally not accepted.
Customers are advised to review their order carefully before completing payment.
💵 Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should ensure that the order details are correct and that someone is available to receive the package.
Refusing or failing to accept a COD order does not create an automatic right to a refund or compensation.
📝 Order Cancellation
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
If you need to request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to our order-processing status and are not guaranteed.
